Google blocked my Gmail account

Hello, Google blocked me out of my Gmail account. I forgot my password and my secret question and answer. They requested my full phone number, but that was my first phone number and I cannot remember that number. How can I change my number or recover my account?

On the other hand, if you have not used your Gmail account for over 30 days, it may have been deleted. You must then create a new one, insuring that you note your password and security question and store it a safe place, remembering where the safe place is.
