For Gmail accounts, if there is no activity for a period of nine months, accounts are deleted from the server. In your case it has been 10 months.

even if the account is deleted or disabled , is there any possibility to get the mail back

It's not disabled, it's deleted. You can't get back what no longer exists.

You should never but never save important data on the net but on your hard disk.
