Hello,
In control panel-->network and sharing centre-->in left pane-->change adapter settings-->right click on the wifi icon and select enable.
or
Go to computer in desktop or start-->right click on it-->manage-->device manager--> find the wifi adapter or network adapter-->right click it-->enable
