Toshiba laptop shuts off

hi. can anybody please help me here. my Toshiba laptop has shut off abruptly and it dosent open any more. I tried taking the battery out and just using the cord and also tried putting the battery back and trying but nothing helps.
can anybody give some advice here,
please.

You can remove the memory modules (one at a time) to test them. Sometimes a bad module will keep a PC from starting.

Otherwise, it will take a local PC tech to diagnose the problem(s).

thank you so much for your suggestion. I will try an remove it. but I did not understand how can I check it. I mean I am totally new to laptop electronics. I don't know anything about it.pl suggest.

if you have 2 RAM and 2 slots then remove both RAM (switch of the laptop before doing this) insert one RAM in one slot and start your pc if not then try on another slot. if still problem then try with another RAM with the same as above..

Thanks so much for helping me out. I didn't exactly as the instruction says but no luck and the problem still exist. its been 2days and still it is shut.
please suggest.
