Why my laptop is not turning on?

Hello,


while opening my laptop,first it is showing the boot screen then a black screen and then it shows the boot screen and then the black screen and so on. this process is continuing but the windows screen is not coming.i mean it's not opening.kindly comment how to solve this problem please please please. And there are some important data in the laptop. it won't be lost.right? please answer.

Thought that your windows crashed (Not sure)
Press F8 continuously after starting up of pc and press safe mode.

thanks sir for your reply.But it's not working.And if my windows has been crashed, then what should i do now? And my data in the laptop will not be lost.Right? kindly reply.

sir actually this problem occurred while my windows was getting updated.but accidentally my laptop turned off. after that it's not opening.

As per you comment #2 safe mode not working?.. what error it shows?

i am using window 7 ultimate and as per your instruction F8 is not at all working
