DELL INSPIRON 1545 did not switch on

Hello,
my laptop model no is Dell inspiron 1545 ,it is 6 year old but runs in very good condition. Last night i when i opened my laptop it showed something like blinked n then after that it has not been started,i removed my battery and again inserted but the condition is same ,adaptor n battery everything is k but not getting open my laptop,so kindly suggest me what can i do ???/

switch off the laptop
remove the battery
press power button for 30 seconds
replace battery
switch on the laptop
