Hello, My Inspiron 1545, after a long start up comes up with the following message.
"STOP: c0000005 The instruction at ox%087x referenced memory at ox%o87x. The memory could not be xs.
What is my problem? How to correct it? Thank you

Hi Jim,
This may be a driver related issue or a start up problem. Do you have a Windows installation drive? Use it to boot and run the recovery tool. Do you have valuable information on the primary partition? Is reinstalling the OS an option? I would recommend you to use the Memory Diagnostic Tool and scan your RAM memory. Is it possible to enter BIOS and the Advanced Boot Menu? Try using the Last Known Good Configuration.
Hope this helps
