Laptop nt turning on >>help <<

Hello,
Anyone pls help me. I am facing this problem with my dell latitude d530. When I plug my charger in , I can c the indication light in my charger but wen I try to insert into the laptop the indication light automatically goes off and also the laptop is nt getting on. I even tried by removing the battery but nothing works out. I ve tried with the original charger given with it also tried with my friends charger same original one .pls help me with this prob
