Screen on my laptop just stays on the 'acer explore

The screen on my laptop just stays on the 'acer explore your limits ' it won't go any further please help

The laptop is stuck in the BIOS - so it probably has a hardware error. Either bad memory, a failed hard drive or errors with the motherboard.
It probably will need a full diagnostic by a local PC repair shop.
