Wont boot up black screen

I tried doing the zero thing and computer wont make breping noise and just get a black screen snd it blinks ever so often f2,f8,f12 dont work its a satellite l655 windows 7

Hi Mike Rogers,
Sadly, if the laptop is not making any beeping noise, there is a hardware issue going on. If the laptop is under warranty, I suggest you to contact the reseller. If warranty has expired, you may check if all the internal connections are OK. Remove and reconnect the RAM memory and clean the fans. Is there any way to count the blinks of the LEDs?
