Getting photos stored on apple tv back to PC

I recently had to replace my phone and did not have it backed up. I have some photos stored on my apple tv that i want back either on my pc or iphone. Is there a way i can do that?

Get Itunes on phone, but you do already if have another iphone. Then log into your itunes account. If it is all in the same account, it should push to the phone.
