I canceled my Internet Explorer Download.Help

Hello,

While downloading Windows Internet Explorer 8... I accidently canceled the download and my Explorer isn't functioning correctly...Nothing on my toolbar shows up...I can't right click in the browser, and on top of that, when I click to go to my Internet Options, the window just blinks on the off, so it's not accesible....someone...anyone...help......i just want to right click stuff again. :D..thanks
