Hi saleemfarooqi,
There are plenty of free software you can use to create a bootable installation drive. Once you boot from it, the installation should start and when you are asked where to install Windows, you can choose to format the hard drive and partition it the way you want. Do you get some error message explaining why you can not format the hard drive?
