Windows 10 huge bug

Hello,
I updated to windows 10 earlier in the night. After a while it just gave me a black screen. Being as mad as I was, I just left the house for awhile and let it run. I come back and its on the desktop but now when I try to open anything at all, nothing shows up. I can't get into my task manager, the screen just turns black. When I click an app (i.e. Chrome) it shows I'm taskbar its running but literally nothing shows up on my screen. Please help
