Hi Najeebdk,
I would suggest you to check if the drive is properly listed in Disk Management. Does it have a drive letter and a file format? I would recommend you to check the drive on another PC and with another USB cable. Can you feel the drive spinning? I would recommend you to download the manufacturer's diagnostic tool and check the drive's health (in case the tool recognizes the drive).
