Some key it not working in my laptop

Hello,
i have a big problem with my laptop some keys doesn't work, the key ''1''2''5''6''8''9'' "P", "L", "Y" ''BACKSPACE'' this problem started when i was install Windows 10 Enterprise then its not working so sad, i want to know if it is a hardware problem or a software problem???

My laptop model is: Sony Vaio E-Series VPCEA42EG.

whether all the keys work good before installing windows 10?

Yes before its work last 10 day's, I was installed 30st of July 2015

I sugges you to use external keyboard. If it fails i suggest you to update keypad drivers from your laptop website.
