sir i am having one year old lenovo flex 14 touchscreen laptop. it was upgraded to windows 8.1 . after 6 month after upgradation touch screen stooped working . i again reset the laptop using factory and got bact to windows 8 . still touchscreen not working.

It appears that you have hardware problems. I suggest you have a local PC repair shop diagnose the problem.
