Hello,

Ever since I upgraded to the new Windows 10 provided my Microsoft on July 30th, certain keys on my keyboard are not working. Specifically, the keys to turn on the backlight arent working, the mute botton wont mute, and the key to choose projector options isnt working either. I have tried unistalling the keyboard on the device manager multiple times but it doesn't do anything. Also, the keys for the backlight works when I start my computer and type in my password, but once it logs in and directs it to the desktop it suddenly stops working. What should I do?

These special keys are programmed by software drivers provided by the laptop manufacturer. I suspect you will need to visit the Toshiba support site and download updated Windows 10 drivers.

Good Luck
