Lenovo laptop B40-30 hangs when caps lock is pressed

hi

I have the lenovo laptop B40-30 that I purchased last year. Whenever I press the caps lock key, the system hangs and I need to restart it to be able to do anything on the laptop. There are a few other keys that don't work properly too. What might be the problem and how do I resolve it? Thanks

Can you test using a external keyboard? It's possible the internal keyboard has failed.
