My touchpad is inverted

I have a Win10 Lenovo touchscreen+flexible laptop.
My laptop went upside down and then back to normal when I was putting it on my lap and my pointer is acting like it's being used with while the laptop is upside down, so in other words the pointer goes left when I try to go right and right when I'm trying to go left. Any help? I dunno how to revert it back to normal either
