External hard drive 2.0 usb not working on windows 10

Hello,


I recently purchased a case for converting internal hard into external,
it worked for the first time but later on i just get a detection sound but it doesn't show up in either my PC or disk management.
i have tried all method including uninstalling driver and then restart but nothing worked

Did it have an O/S on it? Is the disk still marked active? Do you boot with the USB in?

No OS sort of things actually I was just transferring some movies after formatting harddisk . while transferring data ,it stopped so I cancelled the copy process
And plug in and out my harddisk after I plugged it again the problem appeared
