Home page flashes non stop

Hello,

I upgraded to Windows 10 a few days ago. Ever since I can't do anything. The system comes up for me to log in. I do and than my home page flashes non stop. The only thing I can do is ctl+alt+delete to open task manager or restart. Help!!!

sorry to hear about your issues, frustrating for sure. Try holding down the shift key while you click on restart. It should let you boot into safe mode and help understand better what is causing the problem.
