Hello,
My dell laptop is entering directly to F12 while starting
and after that showing "Boot mood is set to: legacy;secure boot off" how to solve this problem and also files are not shutting down.please help me.

It appears that your hard disk has failed and you have entered the BIOS screen. I suggest you have a local PC repair shop do a diagnostic.
