Blue screen error

Hello,
I format my pc using windows xp server enterprise edition and when the cd is loading in the last stage this is what happened I got a blue screen with an error message that said:
"A PROBLEM HAS BEEN DETECTED AND WINDOWS HAS BEEN SUT DOWN TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER.
IF THIS IS THE FIRST TIME YOU'VE SEEN THIS ERROR SCREEN RESTART YOUR
COMPUTER. IF THIS SCREEN APPEARS AGAIN FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
CHECK FOR VIRUSES ON YOUR COMPUTER. REMOVE ANY NEWLY INSTALLED HARD DRIVES OR HARD DRIVE CONTROLLERS. CHECK YOUR HARD DRIVE TO MAKES SURE IT IS PROPERLY CONFIGURED AND TERMINATED. RUN CHKDISK /F TO CHECK FOR HARDDRIVE CORRUPTION, AND THEN RESTART YOUR COMPUTER.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
      • STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF7B6D528, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0X00000000) " but i don't have any installed os in my hard drive because it's new. my pc is new so i just wondering.

Did your hard disk is connected properly? SATA and POWER cables?
