Hello Som,
Can you tell me what is the exact type of error message that you receive on your display while in blue screen? Is the hard disk that needs repair or the system requires it?
If you have a CD with your OS, I would recommend you to try booting from it or boot from USB previously made on another PC.
If you don't, then try restarting your laptop in Safe mode and try to refresh it. You could also open the Command prompt while in Safe mode and type the following:
sfc /scannow
Another option is to restore your PC to a previous date called last known good configuration when everything was working ok. Please, come and share what happened with the tests.
