My laptop wont turn on and doesnt also charge

Hello,
So I turned on my laptop today it won't cone up, I tried using the remove the battery then power it up trick and it didn't work. I even used another battery to see if it's from the battery and it still did not work. I need your help. This is the third time my laptop is going through a repair. It is not up to 6months since when I got it. It is a HP pavillion touchsmart laptop. Thanks in advance

Sorry. Factory service is your only option.

@LallafelZ...yes consider you will, ask though, they may have a data retention service available. Be prepared to pay for it, it isn't part of the warranty!

I tried turning it on again without the battery it came on but I plugged the charger. I was scared of inserting the battery back while it was on so I turned it off. My data were still intact, I don't know why it won't turn on again. Was that probably a glitch? Because I tried everything I did before that and it didn't work

Electronics are finicky! You have to treat them as a living thing! I think there is a "feeling sensor" that can detect how emotional you are, and it triggers a shut down. :)

Always talk nice to, clean the cage (clear the cache and defrag once a month), and feed and water (download and install updates) to your machine. I encourage you to name it and talk to it! :)
