Laptop does not turn on

Hi guys, well i just bought a laptop an Acer z1401-c9jn a month ago, it was working fine when suddenly i turned it on and insert an usb , mouse and charged my phone through usb chord . i pulled my mouse off and it suddenly shut off and i cant turn it on again. i try to put charger on but it doesnt help everytime i try to press and hold the power key the usb port where i pulled my mouse off is working but the 2 other usb port doesnt work i wonder what could be the problem or are they any possible solution . thanks
