Ma laptop wont turn on

Hello,

i am using a hp laptop i was watching a movie using the ac power i had no battery on it just wnt off and it was smelling of burnt when i touch it, i took it to the shop they told me that it was my negligence. the charger was demaged the pin in the charger had broken into ma laptop. what can i do is it possible to fix it i am confused and i need the laptop for school.please help

If the thing is ruined, it is ruined. You need to respect the shop that you took it to, and listen to what they said. Do you have a new charger to replace the one you broke? If they did offer help, then I am not certain making certain the power isn't applied and pulling out the pin yourself will really fix it!
