I am not able to reboot my sony vaio vgn fw480j for some reason after pressing alt,f10
I get to a edit reboot options page that says (noececute=optin

Hello Newsreader,
Please try the following steps:
1. Reboot your Pc and enter the Safe mode by pressing F8
2. While in Safie mode open the Command prompt
3. Type the following command:
bcdedit /set optionsedit No
If that doesn't help try to restore your laptop to factory settings by pressing F2 or better, make a connection with Sony's official support to gain additional help.
Good luck.
