Dell Inspiron 560 boot menu in the startup doesn't show up

Hello,

I am trying to format my Dell Inspiron 560 because its infected. I have done this before but this time the boot menu in the startup doesn't show up. I've tried F8 or F12 but it does nothing, just loads windows. What can i do? I have the recovery disks but i can't use them.
