Toshiba no bootable device

Hello,
My computer goes from toshiba screen to a black screen with check cable connection pxe-mof:exiting intel pxe rom.no bootable device--insert boot disk and press any key

It appears that you hard disk and/or data cable has failed. i SUGGEST YOU HAVE A LOCAL pc REPAIR SHOP REPLACE THE DISK AND RE-INSTALL WINDOWS.
