I think you have a virus in the computer or alot of files in the c drive
try to delete the temp file by this steps :
1- "start menu "
2- run
3- temp it will open a folder " delete all the files in it "
4- start , run , temp word but this time between this %
%temp%
and I hope it well start speedly
