My Acer laptop won't boot into windows.

My Acer laptop won't boot into windows, I have tried opening it up and cleaning it, nothing. I also tried removing an extra RAM stick, nothing. It just keeps on showing the Acer logo over and over again whenever I boot it up. My Acer laptop model number is E5-471G. It started happening when I tried reseting it and turning it off while it was reseting, although that is just my theory, it still might be wrong. Tell me if you guys know anything, if you do tell me ASAP. Thanks.

I suggest you have a local PC repair shop rteinstall Windows.
