Hello,
I have a dell latitude laptop. It shuts down whenever I unplug the charger although It's fully charged and the battery is new and in the battery information window appears that battery health is exellent. I heard that I can solve that in the battery settings, can I? If so, how? And if not how to fix the problem?
Thanks alot in advance for your help

Hello delll,
I suggest that you go to the power saving options within the Control Panel on your laptop and check whether the settings are on eco /balanced/ mode or on maximum performance. In the Internet there are many tools for hardware testing if you would like to be sure that there's no a hardware issue.
You can also check the power settings on your BIOS menu by entering it through the respective F key.
Hope that I gave an idea.
