Hello I want to ask if it's possible to connect to Internet when my mom takes her phone to work without mobile data or wifi In my area or bluetooth and i my phone is Xperia C3 dual

Without wifi or data plan in your mobile it is difficult to connect to internet.
You should have a computer with internet connection also you need data cable if you have wired internet connection.
Otherwise it is impossible.
