Western digital is not getting detected

HI ,
my western digital is not getting detected in any windows os .the light is glowing in drive and sound is also coming. but when ever i connect it to any desktop/laptop/notebook the desktop/laptop/notebook gets hanged and notjing works.

Please help me to recover it as it is urgent for me.

After plugging in the device, go to device manager (In run type "devmgmt.msc") In Device manager go to "Universal serial bus controllers" It should list the storage devices that you have connected to your PC. Right click and then click "Uninstall. Remove the USB drive and restart your system.
Try connecting the device again

I think there may be physical issue with the drive itself. Did you able to see it on BIOS?

yes it is being shown in bios

what about disk management and device manager?
