My computer keep loading on desktop after I fixed dump crush

Hello,
Pls help me ,my computer fatal system error and I fixed with recommended by window ways ,it "maybe" success, and restart my computer and finally can open window normally , but I saw some icons or application are different like a "paper" icon and everything start work slow ,I trying to refresh but when I right click it "hang" I mean the mouse turn loading non stops ,after that I spam clicking everywhere it hang.....left wallpaper and no start no icons no more Carl + alt+del ,I forced to be restart my com and still not change ..... Sometimes ...,not "hang" (cause I not clicking right click) but I still can't open any application...
