Have Gateway - DX4200-09, Windows 7 Home Premium (64), AMD Phenom 9100e Quad-Core Processor, and ATI Radeon HD 3200 Interated Graphics.

I am unable to update to windows 10. Is the graphics a problem? Error code indicates OXC1900101-OX3000D.

It looks like you received a possible bad download from Microsoft. Have you tried a clean install yet?
