Acer will not turn on and has no power light on

Hello, My Acer Aspire will not turn on I have push the bottom reset hole. I have no way to pull the battery out and I don't know what to do

Yes I did and nothing will turn it on even the power light is not on.

I called Acer about 2 weeks ago found out my warranty ran out last month they sent me to their 3rd party people they removed my windows and put it back in and every since the my laptop has not been working right. Windows has not been updating and said my last update was like 200 and something day ago. I have had Reimage work on it and just installed AVG Internet Security on it and then it turned off.

They reinstall the windows right? So what is the initial problem and why you send your pc to 3rd party people?

which windows you are using?

Did you try direct power adapter?

This model is shipped with a internal power smart battery that does not have a external battery unlock latch to remove it.

Did you try reset button on the back what happen now?

Try to insert power adapter directly and switch on the laptop.
