My system is Windows 7 Ultimate.
When I try to open ' windows explorer' or 'any folder' following message appear.
'Windows cannot access the specified device ,path. or file.You may not have the approtiate permission to access item.'
This work alright in SAFE MODE.
I am only user.
Please help.
