Audio plays after a minute no sound

My laptop toshiba satellite c655d-s5300 audio doesn't play continuously, this is the scenario when i play videos or music it plays with sound but after a minute no sound again until i pause and play again it sound but after a minute again the same problem. what should i do to solve this problem? i change my operating system from windows 8 to windows 10 nothing happen i change again to windows 7 ultimate 32bit nothing happen again. i update all the drivers needed for my laptop nothing happen. i donwloaded the conexant samrt audio drive and install it nothing happen. so what then the last solution for this? may you please help me out there! thanks!
