The "no signal" message can be caused by:
1. failed/disconnected cable
2. failed video card
3. failed motherboard
I suggest you have a local PC repair shop take a look at it.

Hello,
xpcman, please let me add few more lines
Try this 1
If you notice that your CPU fan is running but there is no display in
the screen, then check your RAM also.
Remove the RAM from the slot, clean it and place it back properly or try
another slot.
If you are having two RAMs then remove it, place only one RAM and
check if you are able to get the display. If the problem still exists then
change the slot. If the problem still exists then try the above procedure
with the other RAM.
