Hello anshulkhosla,
Please, follow these steps:
1. Go to Control Panel then Hardware and Sounds and click on AutoPlay
2. Put a check on Use AutoPlay for all media and devices to make that AutoPlay popup-dialog reappear when you insert an external media device.
3. Restart your computer afterwards.
