Hello,
I have a acer laptop, don't know which one but the battery cannot be removed. A week ago a message appeared that I needed to update my software but I postponed it, now today's later my computer freezes upon reaching the logging in point. I left it for a couple of days after and nothing happened the battery didn't fie and it's still frozen. Windows 10 installations.
I need help or any information on how to resolve this issue.
Thank you

Hi K,
If you have a repair CD/USB of Windows I suggest that you try with it. When restarting your laptop, please boot into the Safe mode and open the Command prompt.
There you must type the following command:
sfc /scannow
After you have pressed Enter, wait the system to be repaired. Please keep me posted what happened with the test.
Hope this helps.
