Acer aspire laptop is on recovery mode

Hello,
I need a help, when I turn on my laptop it shows some recovery options and if I press on one of them the recovery goes for ages.. It didn't show the password screen ...restarting by itself 100 times... Please help !!!

Hello

This is a very sticky wicket. What you have described indicates a hard disk failure.

Can you boot in safe mode ?

No... It's doing nothing .. Just running recovery.. And then blue screen comes with some prevention and then restart again.. I only can see
Launch startup repair
Start window normally. screen

I must log off. Will be be able to follow in the morning.

I need to know what is says on the blue screen and also need to know what is your operating system, ie XP, Win 7 etc.
