connection optimization Closed

Question

Hello, 

i am new the IT network environment and there is a LAN Ethernet of two level flat house. The first flow LAN can connect perfectly but on the second flow it has been connecting and also enable with data of 100 Mbps but can load website in the browser and fails to move around pages.

WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM PLEASE????

I am lost by what you are saying.  It runs on 100 MBps but not anything else? 

I am confused by the use of FIRST FLOW.  What is that?  What are you connecting?  How are you connecting?  What does your ISP say when you call them to get support for THEIR SERVICE?
