Laptop keys and mouse pad not working

Hello,


I am arun. my lenova laptop some keys are not working. like stat button and left,top arrow key. another one my laptop mouse pad not working . if i am press any key then working a mouse pad. so, please give solution of problem.

You probably need to replace the internal keyboard. I suggest you test using and external USB keyboard before buying a new internal keyboard.
