Blank display

Hello,
my name's Daniel, and am using a hp laptop (model hp625). my issue is basically a blank screen display after system is turned on.
the system doesn't display anything but rather a blank screen after the power button is held.
And i noticed the capslock button keeps blinking white repeatedly,for about five times. And after a long while if the system is still kept in that state, You'll notice the fan suddenly starts spinning.
