Hello, I have bough New battery for my laptop it is green on the battery and blue light on charging on laptop but when I press power button comes blue for few seconds then goes off and laptop won't come on

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.

acer aspire E14 is not turning on

Hello,
My acer aspire E14 is not turning on, I also tried plugging it - no use...it is not even indicating any light please help
Note - it has an inbuilt battery

My backlight has never been on for my Acer laptop, im wondering if this model does not have a backlight function, or what but i cant find anything online for this model. ive tried Fn+F9 already and that does nothing. its really hard to use my laptop in the dark because i cant see the keyboard at all. someone please help and let me know if theres a way i can turn the backlight on or does my laptop not even have a backlight? thanks
