Strange Laptop Sound Issue

Long ago in a location far away, I sent my laptop in for repair for a reason I do not remember. When it returned, it no longer played sound out of the top speakers and instead plays sound out of the one little speaker on the underneath the laptop with underwhelming effects. I have tried everything I know to try to fix this issue. I now need assistance from people smarter than me.

What can I do?

Sounds like they disconnected some wires.
